TERMS OF PERMANENT REFERRALS

Dental Professionals provides a free service to our applicants/employees. In return you agree to contact our office in the event our clients wish you to do a working interview or return on a temporary basis within our 6-month policy. Any referral we give you will be valid for six months following the referral date recorded in our office. For example, if we refer you to Dr. John Doe on June 20, and you accept a permanent position, a working interview, or temporary work for them any time prior to December 20, you and the employer would be subject to Dental Professionals terms of permanent referrals and you agree to inform our company of any such agreements. This procedure allows us to invoice our clients for the fees that they have agreed to pay us. Our clients/employers have agreed to our permanent referral terms and to pay all fees.

Upon contacting our clients regarding permanent job referrals, you must identify yourself as referred to the position by Dental Professionals. If we should refer you to a client regarding work and you have already contacted the client through another source, you need to inform us immediately or the client will be invoiced our fee for your acceptance of the position.

All job referrals will be given to you via mail or e-mail. Unless your job search is confidential, we will be giving your name to prospective employers. Within three days after receiving your referrals, you should contact the employers if you are interested in the position and immediately inform them that Dental Professionals referred you.

Please contact or call our office if you have any changes in address, telephone number, or job status. In return for our free service, you agree that if you find a job through our service or another service, you will notify us to update your records.
