WELCOME TO DENTAL PROFESSIONALS EMPLOYMENT SERVICES

This page is to welcome you aboard and provide important information about how we operate and what we expect from you. Initially we filled out a computer application over the phone, mailed you some important documents and if you choose to do temporary work, you were required to come in for an orientation where we had you complete forms and provide documents that State and Federal Laws require an employer to have. During the orientation we provided you with a lot of verbal formation. Many of you do temporary work so infrequently that the written material we sent you has been misplaced and the verbal information forgotten. Therefore, we have tried to put all our procedures and documents on this web site so you can review them when needed. For those of you who only want permanent referrals and want to do working interviews you should review, Terms of Referral, Office Policies, and Timesheets.

Dear Applicant:
You are currently listed with Dental Professionals to assist you in finding permanent employment or to work as a temporary. Some of you are listed to do both. Please read the enclosed information carefully. As the largest referral service for the Greater Seattle, Tacoma, Everett, Bellevue area, we must have some established policies that our applicants agree to, otherwise we could not operate in an organized manner. If for any reason a certain part of these policies become difficult for you, please discuss it with us. We may be able to make special arrangements for you.

The Terms of Referral, pertains to PERMANENT REFERRALS ONLY. The Office Policies explains what is expected of you for temporary assignments. Also enclosed is a "Hepatitis Questionnaire". In order for us to give you temporary work, you must sign that you have had your Hepatitis vaccination or that you refuse to have it.

IF YOU DESIRE TO DO TEMPORARY WORK, WE NEED TO PERSONALLY MEET WITH YOU. IF WE HIRE YOU, THE LAW REQUIRES THAT WE PROVE YOU ARE A U.S. CITIZEN OR HAVE A RESIDENT ALIEN CARD AND THAT WE VERIFY YOUR IDENTITY. THEREFORE; WE NEED TO SEE THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS AT YOUR ORIENTATION:

Social Security Card and Drivers License
OR
Birth Certificate and Drivers License

Please bring these documents along with a current resume to your orientation. Hygienists and dentists need to bring a copy of your State License. Dentists need to bring a copy of liability coverage.
