Shirley,
RDH, BS, President & Owner
I started the company in 1981 and have been an active member of
WSDHA since I graduated from The Shoreline Community College Hygiene
Department in 1975. I worked as a full time clinical hygienist for
10 years and as an assistant engineer for the Boeing Company prior
to that for 10 years. I act as Director to the staff, which I must
say is a very easy job because they are all such capable, hard workers,
that they dont need much supervision. My main objective is
to keep staff, temps, and clients happy and provide the most professional,
quality employment service available!
Anne, Office Manager
I have been with Dental Professionals since 1990. As Office Manager,
I tend to the day to day functions of the staff, hire new employees
and conduct weekly orientations for our temporary employees. My
background was in the Human Resources field for 21 years. My hours
are Monday 6:30-6:00 and Tuesday through Friday 6:30-3:30. Also
I share the pager with Kim and am on call Monday through Sunday
till 10:00 PM. Fell free to call me to fill or place temporary or
permanent orders, book assignments, answers questions and help solve
problems.
Kim, Counselor
I have been with the company since 1996. My hours are Tuesdays
through Fridays, 7:00-6:00. I share the evening and weekend pager
with Anne. Previously I worked 10 years in a general dental practice.
My training began in sterilization and hygiene assisting but over
the years I worked my way to the insurance coordinator position.
This experience enables me to better understand our temporary workers
and our clients. I can help you book temporary or permanent work,
help solve problems and answer your questions.
Emily, Counselor
For those who have been lost on the way to a temporary assignment,
you know me as Map Girl. I have been with Dental Professionals
since 1988 and work as a Counselor from 7-4, Monday through Friday,
assigning temps, registering applicants, helping employers with
permanent and temporary orders, and being the HIPAA Privacy Officer.
Leslie, Counselor
I've been in the dental field for over twenty years. I have been
with Dental Professionals since March 2001. I enjoy the challenge
of keeping everyone; dentists, hygienists, assistants and receptionists
booked at temporary job positions. I look forward to assisting you
in the future!
Christine, Receptionist
I have been with Dental Professionals since 1999. I have 20 plus
years of office experience, 17 of them as an office manager for
a small wholesale co. My duties include answering phones and directing
calls to the proper departments. I also take temporary orders from
our Clients who need a DDS, Hygienist, Assistant or Receptionist
for their office. My hours are Monday thru Friday 8:00 am - 5:00
pm. I will be happy to assist you in any way I can.
Donna, Bookkeeper
I have been with the company since 1995. I have several years of
accounting experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable and
payroll. I am the lead Bookkeeper and my main responsibility at
the company is processing payroll and invoicing clients. I'm available
to employees who have questions about timesheets, pay dates and
pay checks. Clients can call me for help with questions on their
invoices and account balances. I'm available Monday through Friday
7:30 to 4:30.
Mary Ellen, Bookkeeper
Autumn 2002, brought me into the Dental Professionals family
where the warm, friendly staff had me feeling as though Ive
come home. I replaced Mary who retired. Thirty-five years experience
in private and public sector accounting and customer service provided
background for working with payroll, accounts receivable and collections.
I am available to assist you Monday through Friday, 8-5.
Kathy, Office Administrator
I have been with Dental Professionals since 1994, first as a receptionist
and since July 1998 have been working in the office as a support
person for the counselors. I brought with me over 15 years experience
as a Dental receptionist and office manager. I do mostly computer
input and will sometimes assist with answering phone calls. I keep
the office running smoothly, making sure that we have supplies and
oversee the mailroom and junior staff. My regular hours are Mon.,
Tues., and Wed. 9am-3pm.
Roy, Network Administrator,
Corporate Secretary and Co-owner
I have been with the company since 1982, providing computer support.
My background is in the Semiconductor industry as a Design Engineer
for 30 years. I keep our computer network running smoothly, provide
support for the staff and financial consulting to our bookkeepers.
Tami, On Call Coordinator
I love working for Dental Professionals because I can work from
home calling our temps in the evening to keep track of their available
days. This allows me to be a full time mom to three small, beautiful
children. Prior to being a mom, I worked as a dental assistant and
started temping for Dental Professionals. Sometimes you will find
me in the office doing data input.
Quynh-Anh, Staff
Support
I am a student at South Seattle Community College working towards
a degree in Nursing. I have been working at Dental Professionals
as a Staff Support Team member for over a year now. My duties here
are inputting, sending out mail, making copies and making sure that
the staff gets all the copies that they need. Beside all the duties,
I love working here because everybody makes me feel so welcome.
Abby, Staff Support
I am the newest Staff Support Team member. I work after school as
a part time job. The working environment is great. It is mostly
individual work, but we are all working toward the same goal, and
I love being a team player. I really enjoy the
opportunities and privileges
this job offers. The people here are so nice and really easy to
work with!!!
